Two-time Japanese Olympic marathon swimmer who competed in both the London and Rio de Janeiro Games and now a professional athlete, Yasu has signed an equipment support agreement with the world-renowned bicycle brand GIANT.
Starting this fall, Yasu will compete in IRONMAN 70.3 and full-distance IRONMAN races in the Age Group category, riding the top-tier Trinity Advanced SL 0. With this partnership, he aims to become the first Japanese athlete to break into the top 8 at the IRONMAN World Championship.
